British lacrosse team needed to put forward their players for the official GB Squad to compete in the 2022 world games. I was invited to a couple of training sessions with the opportunity to shoot some of the games and then with the team off the pitch for media and profile shots with the added bonus the team had a surprise visit from Team GB Womens Hockey’s Captain Holly Pearn-Webb. Holly scored the winning shot in the 2016 Rio Olympics, (securing Gold for) Team GB. Holly came along to offer some words of encouragement, advice and to show her support to the players before their intense training sessions took place.

As interest in lacrosse is growing I was excited to have been invited at this stage as I’m sure Internet will only begin to grow in the next few years and I hope the pictures I have taken can be used to push and promote the sport. 

These amazing athletes are our future Team GB squads is an amazing. I hope these pictures can inspire the future generations in the sport.
